Our Maid Café is one of our most popular events at SMASH!, quickly booking out on both days; we can’t wait to see all of you once more!
Please note: SMASH! Maid Café is cashless and will be unable to process cash payments.
Maid Café Rules
SMASH! Maid Café reserves the right to refuse service
- No bodily contact
- No asking for personal information
- No photography without express permission
- No split bills
Venue Rules
- No outside food or drink
- No loitering at entrance
- Minimum order is one food and drink item per guest
Operational Rules
- Arrive at least 10 minutes before your booked session (we may forfeit your booking if you arrive after your booking time)
- Session time is 50 minutes
Terms and Conditions
- Seat limits: Bookings are only valid for the number of seats shown; extra guests will not be admitted.
- Table limit: Limit of one (1) quantity per "Maid Cafe Booking". Multiple quantities may appear in Your Cart due to system limitations but only one will be honoured.
- Accessibility: Accommodation is made for wheelchairs and mobility aids.
- Non-Refundable: Bookings are non-refundable.
Ensure that you have a valid SMASH! Ticket and are able to enter the convention before finalising your booking.
Cover charge is $10 per guest and is to be paid upon finalising your booking.
