Shipping issue with SMASH! Deodorant Keyring

Hello all

We regret to inform you that, due to shipping issues, SMASH! keyrings are currently not available for purchase or pick-up at the 2023 SMASH! convention.

In the event that the keyrings are received after the convention, we will be shipping them out to everyone who has pre-ordered them at no extra charge. Otherwise, we will process refunds for keyring purchases. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please send an email to shop@smash.org.au with your order number and updated shipping information, by 9 July at 5PM.

For those who would like a refund, please send an email to shop@smash.org.au with your order number, by 9 July at 5PM. We will begin processing refunds in the coming weeks.
