Supplier issue with 2023 Mascot Hoodie

Due to a supplier issue with the Mascot Hoodie (https://shop.smash.org.au/collections/frontpage/products/smash-mascot-hoodie) , the garments are now being supplied with screen printed branding on the front of the garment, instead of the embroidery as originally advertised. The design is still the same as shown, and also includes the exclusive print of our mascots Skadi and Cyrus on the back, in the debut of their new Timeskip style. In order to provide our attendees with what is still a quality product, we will still make the hoodies with a screen printed branding, available for pre-orders, in person sales at our booth, and for delivery from our online store after SMASH! 2023 (pending available stock). As a further token of our appreciation, all pre-orders with a Mascot Hoodie will include additional items from our store worth $10 RRP. Alternatively we will allow attendees to cancel their pre-orders for a Mascot Hoodie before collection, for a full refund of the hoodie purchase price. if you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to shop@smash.org.au with the subject line "Hoodie Refund - Order #XXXX" where XXXX is your order number.
